Our Platform connects clients (customers) with event professionals and service providers in West Bengal. To access certain features (such as posting requirements or managing profiles), you may need to register an account. Users (both customers and service providers) are solely responsible for all images, descriptions, reviews, and messages uploaded to the Platform. You agree not to upload content that is misleading, defamatory, offensive, or infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights.
While Build Bengal Network badges verified providers, we encourage users to perform their own due diligence before hiring or entering into contracts. Build Bengal Network is not liable for disputes, damages, or service issues arising from transactions made between customers and providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build Bengal Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
